Review product specifications, quantities, delivery details and the checkout total before submitting your order. You can correct your selection before completing checkout. Contact us if you need help selecting a suitable product. Availability is subject to stock confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you about an agreed alternative or refund; we will not substitute goods without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand and include 15% VAT where applicable. The checkout summary displays delivery charges, included tax and the total before payment. Payment is processed through the available checkout provider. Do not send card details by email.
If a material product or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it before proceeding. Nothing in these terms permits us to disregard applicable consumer law.
Delivery, collection and returns
The linked Shipping and Returns policies describe charges, collection requirements and remedies. Wait for collection confirmation before travelling. Statutory cancellation, quality and refund rights remain applicable, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply.
