Shipping policy

Turfmanzi Irrigation (Pty) Ltd, trading as TMI Irrigation, delivers to supported South African addresses shown at checkout.

Delivery charges

  • Standard shipping: R150 including 15% VAT.
  • Bulky freight: R750 including 15% VAT.

Standard shipping applies to package weights from 0 to 37.99 kg. Bulky freight applies from 37.9901 kg. Each package is charged its applicable rate; checkout displays the combined charge if your order is split into separately charged packages. The available options and final total are shown before payment.

If an item needs specialist transport that is not covered by the option offered, we will contact you before dispatch to agree the arrangements. No additional delivery charge will be applied without your agreement. Local delivery is available only where offered at checkout; its displayed charge applies.

Free branch collection

Collection is available when checkout offers the branch for the items in your order. Wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before travelling, and bring your order confirmation. Preparation is usually within 24 hours, subject to stock verification and branch operating hours. Confirm suitable collection arrangements for bulky goods.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock allocation. Timing depends on stock, destination, product size and carrier availability. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will contact you about material delays or stock problems.

Provide a complete delivery address and recipient contact number, and ensure someone can receive the goods. Any re-delivery charge due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient will be confirmed before re-delivery.

Delivery problems

Inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible. Contact info@turfmanziirrigation.co.za promptly with your order number if goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Photographs are helpful where practical. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
